Please note when you are on the terrace, the French window opening onto the terrace does not open from the outside. So be careful not to slide the door until it closes completely when you are outside, otherwise you may find yourself stuck on the balcony. Any intervention to open the window will be 100% the tenant’s responsibility.
Safety: motion sensor for alarm and operation of electrical appliances, it is strictly forbidden to touch them, disconnect them and/or hide them, otherwise the electricity will be cut off and no appliances will work. Any intervention to restore the sensor to working order will be billed 100% to the tenant.
It is forbidden to disconnect the internet box. Any intervention to restore the internet box to working order will be billed 100% to the tenant.
A travel cot is provided free of charge for families with babies. It is requested to clean it, fold it and store it in the wardrobe after use.
